We are situated on the A452 in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa in Warwickshire.

The town has links to the M1, M6, M40 and M42 as well as Birmingham, Coventry and Luton airports.

Leamington has a mainline rail link South and North as well as easy access to Rugby and Warwick Parkway stations.
